At Cords Club, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right corduroy essentials or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
